Where the money goes

Into your account. Not through ours.

We are not a middleman holding your takings until the end of the month. Payments land in your own Stripe account — your name on the buyer’s statement, your payouts, your VAT. We take 2.5% and never touch the rest.

Access, not a file

Selling access, not shipping a file

A PDF leaves your hands the moment it is bought. This does not — which is what makes every one of these possible.

You see who read what they paid for

Every sale sits beside the same read analytics as the rest of your documents — how far each buyer got, which pages they went back to. That is the thing that tells you what to write next.

You choose what they see for free

Nothing, the cover only, or the first few pages. The preview is the pitch.

A link per buyer

Each purchase gets its own. Forwarding it does not open the document for someone else — it asks them to buy.

Access that can expire

Forever, or a set number of days from the moment of purchase. Useful for course material and anything that dates.

Access expires
30days after purchase

Refund in one click

Access is revoked the moment the refund clears — which is the part a downloaded file can never give you.

Three steps, then you are selling

  1. 01

    Connect Stripe

Ten minutes, once. Business details, identity, a bank account — a real verification, because it is your money.

  2. 02

Put a price on a document

Set the price, choose the free preview, decide whether access lasts forever. One gate, not two.

  3. 03

    Share the same link

The link you already had is now a shopfront — and the document can still be updated after you start selling it.

Questions

Document payments FAQ

New to this? How to sell a PDF online walks through the options. Selling also sits alongside per-client workspaces on the agency plans.

Who gets the money?

You do, directly. Payments go to your own Stripe account, not ours: your business name on the buyer’s card statement, your payout schedule, your VAT. Living Page takes 2.5% of each sale as a platform fee, and Stripe charges its own processing fee on top.

What stops a buyer sharing the document?

Each buyer gets a personal link, and the pages themselves are served behind a signed check rather than sitting on a public URL, so a forwarded link does not open the document for someone else. No system can stop a determined buyer screenshotting a page they have paid to read — nothing on the web can — but casual sharing does not work.

Do buyers need an account?

No. They pay on Stripe’s checkout page and we email them a link that opens the whole document on any device. Nothing to install, no password to forget.

Can I still edit the document after I start selling it?

Yes. Replace the file and the same link updates for everyone who has bought it, which is the part a downloadable file cannot do — buyers of a downloaded PDF are stuck with the version they got.

What happens to the password and email gate?

Paid access supersedes both on that document. Checkout already captures an email address, so an email gate would be asking for something we already have, and a password on top of a payment is a second lock on the same door.

Which plans include payments?

Paid access is included on Studio, Agency, Agency Pro. You can start free and turn it on when you are ready to charge.
