Client reporting that arrives on their letterhead, not ours.
White-label client reporting for agencies: generate a branded report on how a client’s documents were actually read — views, read time, where people stopped, which campaign brought them — and send it as a link. Wear your own brand or theirs.
“Did anyone actually read it?”
You sent the lookbook, the prospectus, the annual report. The client asks how it landed and the honest answer is a shrug, or a screenshot of a dashboard they cannot read. A report is the difference between saying it went well and showing that half the readers reached page twelve.
Reports are built on the same read analytics that run on every document you publish, inside the per-client workspaces you already keep — so there is nothing extra to set up, and nothing to tag.
Built to be sent, not screenshotted
Your brand, or theirs
One switch. Wear your own logo and colours for an internal review, or give each client’s section their own — so the report you send on looks like it came from them, not from a tool.
Several clients, one report
Pick the clients, then tick the documents inside them. A monthly round-up across the whole roster, or one client’s single campaign — same three steps.
The change, not just the number
“4,820 views” means nothing on its own. Every headline figure carries what it did against the previous period, and the chart draws last month behind this one.
Where readers stopped
A retention curve per document, with the halfway page called out. “Half your readers had stopped by page 8” is the sentence that changes what you make next.
Which campaign brought them
UTM-tagged links are broken out by campaign, source and medium — so the report answers the question the client is actually asking, which is whether the spend worked.
A link, not an attachment
Every report has its own private link that needs no sign-in. Send it, or print it — the page is built to become a clean PDF straight from the browser.
Three steps, about a second
- 1
Pick the clients
One, several, or the whole roster. Reports live at workspace level, so you are not stitching together one export per client.
- 2
Tick the documents
Everything they published, or just the campaign you are reporting on. Documents nobody opened stay in, at zero — “nobody read it” is a finding.
- 3
Choose the branding
Yours or the client’s, name the report, pick 30 days or 3 months. It builds in about a second and opens in a new tab.
What is in a report
- A written summary
- The finding in a sentence — direction of travel, the busiest document, where its readers stopped. Derived from the data, not written by hand.
- Four headline figures
- Views, readers, average read time and pages per visit, each with its change against the previous period.
- Views over time
- A daily line with the previous period drawn behind it, so growth is visible rather than asserted.
- A section per client
- Each with its own mark and colour, its own figures, and its own documents beneath it.
- Per-document detail
- Views, readers, read time, a retention curve, and the most-read pages.
- Audience and campaigns
- Devices, countries, referrers, and the UTM breakdowns — across everything the report covers.
What it does not do
- It is not a marketing dashboard. It reports on documents you publish through Living Page — not ad spend, not rankings, not your client’s whole funnel.
- It cannot identify people. Reading analytics are measured without cookies, so a report says how many read and how far, never who.
- It does not go back further than 90 days.Reading data is kept for three months, so that is the longest period a report can honestly cover.
Client reporting FAQ
What is client reporting software?+
Client reporting software collects what happened across the work you do for a client and presents it as something you can send them. Living Page reports cover reading activity on the documents you publish for each client — who opened them, how long they read, how far they got, and which campaigns brought them — as a branded page with its own link.
Can I white-label the reports?+
Yes. Every report is generated either in your agency’s branding or in the client’s own. On a client-branded report each client’s section carries their logo and their brand colour, so a multi-client report separates cleanly into pages you can send on. Nothing on the page names Living Page.
Can one report cover more than one client?+
Yes — up to 20 clients in a single report, and you choose which documents from each. A single-client report collapses to a flat layout; several clients each get their own section, ordered by how much they were read.
How far back can a report go?+
Thirty days or three months. Three months is the ceiling because reading analytics are kept for 90 days — we would rather say that than offer an “all time” report that quietly covers a quarter.
Do clients need an account to open the report?+
No. Each report has its own private link that opens without a sign-in, which is the whole point — you are sending it to someone who does not use your tools. The link is not guessable and is not indexed by search engines, and you can delete a report to revoke its link at any time.
Can the client export it as a PDF?+
Yes. The report is a web page with a print stylesheet, so Save as PDF in any browser produces a clean document — the charts stay sharp because they are drawn as vectors rather than screenshots.
Does generating a new report change one I have already sent?+
Never. Each report is a snapshot with its own link. A client opening last month’s report in six months’ time sees the numbers you sent them, not this month’s.
Which plan includes client reports?+
Client reports are included on Agency Pro and Enterprise. Per-page read analytics, which the reports are built on, start on Studio.
Also on Agency Pro: an API and Zapier triggers, UTM campaign reporting, and the option to charge for a document — useful when a client’s report is itself something worth selling.
